Why Gourmet Bologna?

The oxymoron fits perfectly with the inflated food scene. Often, the term "gourmet” is associated with a higher class, an experience for the upper crust, but in my experience, it’s just “baloney." You go to a restaurant that claims to be innovative and fresh, but it’s just mystery meat hidden in a shiny package. You don’t really know what you’re getting. It’s artful foam placed on mirrored plates. More focus on gadgets than on the heart of the food. Join me on a food adventure as we explore the best parts of every meal I encounter.
